Product Description
ZymoTaq DNA Polymerase is a hot-start polymerase that is ideal for amplification of bisulfite-converted DNA. Because it is a heat-activated, thermostable DNA polymerase, ZymoTaq reduces primer dimer and nonspecific product formation, whereas conventional polymerases typically exhibit these problems with bisulfite-converted DNA templates.
