The Next Generation of Transposase: How TnXTM is Powering Innovation in DNA Library Prep

Description: seqWell’s TnXTM transposase is a next-generation transposase developed through directed enzyme evolution. TnX improves on many of the limitations of Tn5 transposase by offering enhanced data quality, versatility, and reliability with reduced insertion-site bias and improved coverage uniformity. We have now developed several new library pep methods utilizing TnX, including the rapid and high-throughput ExpressPlex 2.0TM kit and the high-complexity MosaiXTM prep designed for challenging library preparation needs.

Speaker: Dr. Maura Costello (SeqWell)

Services of the NGS Platform at University of Bern

Speaker: Dr. Pamela Nicholson (NGS Platform, University of Bern)

Advances and latest developments from PacBio

PacBio has recently launched its first benchtop platform in its history, called Vega. Discover how Vega offers the same industry leading long read technology in a more flexible, accessible format. The presentation will also include the latest application developments as well as its SPRQ chemistry update, providing more throughput, lower DNA input, and expanded methylation capabilities.

Speaker: Dr. Jules Bourgon (PacBio)
