Flexible Kits for automated PLA
NaveniBright™ BOND RX HRP Kit
Chromogenic Readout
Fully automtated in situ kit for the detection of protein interactions, protein expression and post translation modifications.
The NaveniBright™ BOND RX HRP is a flexible method for in situ proximity ligation assay, using one mouse and one rabbit antibody on FFPE tissue or cell sections and featuring a chromogenic readout.
It is seamlessly integrated for chromogenic readout on the Leica BOND RX platform. The stained slides can be imaged with any brightfield microscope. The NaveniBright BOND kit contains reagents to stain 30 slides, at a maximum of 4 runs.
NaveniFlex BOND RX, Red | Atto647N
Fluorescent Readout
NaveniFlex™ BOND RX/RXm is an automatable kit for in situ proximity ligation assays on FFPE tissue or cell sections with a fluorescent readout. It works with two unlabeled primary antibodies (mouse and rabbit) to detect either protein interactions or multiple sites on the same protein.
The NaveniFlex™ protocol has been optimized for Leica Biosystems‘ BOND RX/RXm instruments, stained slides can be imaged using any fluorescence microscope or scanner with the appropriate filter set (DAPI, FITC, Cy3, TexasRed, Cy5). The kit provides reagents for 30 slides over a maximum of 4 runs, with two available fluorophores for the readout.
