NaveniTM PTM are optimized kits for detection and quantification of Post Translational Modifications (PTM), such as phosphorylated proteins, in cultured cells, fresh-frozen and FFPE samples.
The NaveniTM PTM kits are available for EGFR, PDGFR-beta, HER2, MET, VEGFR2 as well as PD1 and are based on the NaveniTM Proximity Ligation Technology.
The in situ kits contain a primary detection system with Navenibodies. Thus; no extra antibodies are needed – the assay is already optimized!
Naveni pTyr EGFR
The Naveni pTyr EGFR target specific assay detects phosphorylated EGFR with high specificity and sensitivity using our patented Naveni™ probe technology. The kit includes primary Navenibodies against phosphorylated EGFR and all other reagents needed to run the assay.
Naveni pTyr PDGFR-beta
The Naveni pTyr PDGFR-beta target specific assay detects phosphorylated PDGFRβ with high specificity and sensitivity using our patented Naveni™ probe technology. The kit includes primary Navenibodies against phosphorylated PDGFRβ and all other reagents needed to run the assay.
