Navinci - Taregt Specific PLA Kits
Available for PD1, EGFR, PDGFR-b, HER2, MET, VEGFR2, PD1/PD-L1, CD8/MHC-I
Naveni® PPI (Protein-Protein Interaction) Kits are target-specific in situ kits for detection of protein protein interactions in cultured cells, fresh-frozen, and FFPE samples. The primary antibody system with Navenibodies is included. No extra antibodies are needed. The assay is already optimized.
Naveni® PTM (Post Translational Modification) Kits are in situ kits for detection and quantification of post translational modifications, such as phosphorylated proteins, in cultured cells, fresh-frozen and FFPE samples. The kits contain a primary detection system with Navenibodies. No extra antibodies are needed; the assay is already optimized.
Both, the Naveni® PPI kits and the Naveni® PTM kits are based on the Naveni® Proximity Ligation Technology.
Naveni® PPI (Protein-Protein Interaction) Kits
NEW!
Naveni CD8/MHC-I Atto647N
Visualize the interaction of CD8/MHC-I in situ. The kit includes primary antibodies specific to CD8 and MHC-I, Navenibodies, and all other reagents needed to run the assay. Fluorescence readout, possible to combine with co-staining.
Naveni CD8/MHCI™ enables you to:
- Detect the specific interaction of CD8/MHCI using dual recognition
- Identify interactions of low-abundant CD8/MHCI
- Visualize CD8/MHCI in the tissue microenvironment
- Increase understanding of signaling pathwayswhere CD8/MHCI is part of
- Elucidate the potential of CD8/MHCIinteraction as a co-biomarker
Naveni® CD8/MHCI Atto647N
- Primary human anti-CD8 protein built on clone SP239 (Abcam)
- Primary human anti-MHC1 protein built on clone 5C5B7 (Protein Tech)
- The Navenibody solution has a working volume of 4000μl (sufficient for approx. 100 reactions)
