Navinci - NaveniFlex™ Cell PLA
Proximity Ligation Assay (PLA) optimized for cell samples
The NaveniFlex™ Cell PLA is an in situ proximity ligation assay kit optimized for cell samples (FFPE and fresh formaldehyde-fixated cells). It enables in situ fluorescence visualization of protein-protein interactions or post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation and protein expressions. It allows to analyze even the most low-abundance protein targets with precision and ensures high specificity. The obtained data is quantifiable. High throughput screening with 96 well plate protocol is possible.

NaveniFlex™Cell Portfolio
Choose from six assay versions based on the primary IgG host species, mouse-rabbit (MR), goat-rabbit (GR) and goat-mouse (GM), and your preferred detection reagents from the fluorophore alternatives TEX615 (Red) and Atto647N.
NaveniFlex Cell GR Atto647N
To be used with a goat and rabbit primary antibody pair. Detection with Atto647N fluorophore is included.

To be used with a goat and mouse primary antibody pair. Detection with Atto647N fluorophore is included.
